Description
Direction reverser for a tractor PTO, with a female input and male output.
Parallel-shaft gearbox with a cast steel housing.
Typically used on tractors up to 30 CV, including Lander, Kioti, Pasquali, Agria, Valpadana, BCS and Kubota, to reverse PTO rotation to suit implements requiring clockwise rotation.
A mounting support is required to connect the reverser to the male tractor PTO shaft.
The reverser can be installed with its male output at the bottom or, by swapping the filler and drain plugs, at the top.
Input: Female coupling for a standard agricultural spline with 6 teeth and 1-3/8" outside diameter (35 mm), DIN 9611A.
Output: Standard agricultural male splined shaft with 6 teeth and 1-3/8" outside diameter (35 mm), DIN 9611A.
Transmission ratio: 1:1 (at 540 rpm tractor PTO speed, the reverser output also runs at 540 rpm, in the opposite direction).
Maximum input speed: 540 rpm.
Maximum transmission power: 22 kW (30 CV).
Input torque: 397 Nm.
Output torque: 395 Nm.
Operating temperature: from -20ºC up to 80ºC.
Before use, fill the speed-increasing gearbox with SAE 90 oil (ISO VG 220 or equivalent), approximately 0,75 kg. Change the oil after the first 50 operating hours.
After the initial oil change, check the oil condition and level every 1500 operating hours.
