Description
Speed-reduction gearbox for a maximum input speed of 1000 rpm and a 500 rpm tractor PTO output.
Parallel-shaft gearbox with a cast steel housing.
Can be used with or without reversing the direction of rotation.
Input ("X"): Female coupling for a standard agricultural spline with 6 teeth and 1-3/8" outside diameter (35 mm), DIN 9611A.
Outputs ("Y" and "Z"): Female coupling for a standard agricultural spline with 6 teeth and 1-3/8" outside diameter (35 mm), DIN 9611A. Includes a 178 mm long male shaft; see drawing.
Transmission ratio: 2:1.
Maximum transmission power at 1000 rpm input speed and 500 rpm output speed: 25.7 kW (35 CV).
Maximum transmission power at 540 rpm input speed and 270 rpm output speed: 14.7 kW (20 CV).
Operating temperature: from -20ºC up to 80ºC.
Before use, fill the speed-increasing gearbox with SAE 90 oil (ISO VG 220 or equivalent), quantity 0.3 kg. Change the oil after the first 50 operating hours.
After the initial oil change, check the oil condition and level every 1500 operating hours.
