Description
Rotary gear pump with a cast iron housing and two connection ports.
Applications:
- Circulation, transfer and lifting of medium- to high-viscosity fluids, including silicones, paints, varnishes, syrups, soaps, cosmetics, asphalt, diluted glycerin, dyes, disinfectants and alcohol-based inks.
- Agricultural spraying, for example with a herbicide sprayer.
- Coolant circulation in marine and stationary engines.
- Lubrication and cooling in machine tools.
- Other industrial applications.
Displacement: 7,6 cm3/rev to 1260 cm3/rev, depending on the model.
Flow rates: Between 1 and 450 liters/minute, depending on model and rotational speed.
Maximum working pressure: 8 to 14 bar; confirm suitability for the application, fluid, viscosity and pump model.
Maximum fluid temperature: 225ºC. For higher temperatures, contact the technical department; suitable packing may be available to order.
Maximum speed: 800 rpm for HA00 to HA5 models; 550 rpm for HA10E to HA10 models; 400rpm for the HA14 model.
Fluid viscosity range: 1º E to 250º E (1 cSt to 1900 cSt). Inquire about higher viscosities.
Rotation: Both directions; the standard version is recommended for clockwise rotation. For driveshaft operation, order the pump for counterclockwise rotation, with a left-hand-threaded packing gland nut. If the driveshaft source rotates counterclockwise, the standard pump can be used.
Shaft type: Cylindrical shaft for a key, 12 to 40 mm diameter depending on the model.
Inlet / suction connection: GAS threads from 1/4" to 4", depending on the model.
Outlet / delivery connection: GAS threads from 1/4" to 4", depending on the model.
