Description
Self-priming gear pump with two ports, made from AISI 316 stainless steel for food, pharmaceutical, medical, environmental and chemical applications, and other demanding fluid-transfer duties.
Applications:
- Circulation, transfer and lifting of low-, medium- and high-viscosity food fluids, including vegetable oils, chocolate and sugar products.
- Suitable for aggressive or corrosive liquids and fluids with poor lubricating properties. Not suitable for liquids containing abrasive particles unless an appropriate filtration system is included in the equipment design.
Flow rates: 5 to 300 liters/minute, depending on model and speed.
Maximum working pressure: Up to 15 bar; confirm suitability for the application, fluid, viscosity and pump model.
Maximum fluid temperature: Up to 180ºC with a packed seal, or 150ºC with a mechanical seal.
Maximum speed: 1500 rpm for HAL1/1 and HAL1/2 models; 750 rpm for HAL3 and HAL4 models.
Fluid viscosity range: 1 cSt to 8000 cSt; confirm suitability for each application.
Rotation: Both directions, as indicated by the packing gland nut.
Shaft type: Cylindrical shaft for a key, 16 to 25 mm diameter depending on the model.
Inlet / suction connection: GAS threads from 3/4" to 2", depending on the model.
Outlet / delivery connection: GAS threads from 3/4" to 2", depending on the model.
