Description
Rotary gear pump with a cast iron housing, integrated bypass valve and two ports. Supports higher speeds than HA-type pumps.
Applications:
- Circulation and transfer of low-viscosity fluids and oils, including vegetable and mineral oils, used cooking and engine oils for recycling, diesel, petroleum, stripping fluids and burner fuel oil. Also suitable for lubrication systems, machine-tool cooling and constant-flow hydraulic drives, provided the fluid contains no suspended solids.
Flow rates: Between 1 and 410 liters/minute, depending on model and rotational speed.
Maximum working pressure: Up to 10-15 bar; confirm suitability for the application, fluid, viscosity and pump model.
Maximum fluid temperature: 150ºC with a mechanical seal, or 200ºC with packing. Contact the technical department for higher temperatures.
Maximum speed: 1500-2000 rpm, depending on the model.
Fluid viscosity range: Up to 350 cSt, equivalent to SAE 120 oil.
Rotation: Clockwise rotation as standard.
Shaft type: Cylindrical shaft for a key, 11 to 28 mm diameter depending on the model.
Inlet / suction connection: GAS threads from 1/4" to 2-1/2", depending on the model.
Outlet / delivery connection: GAS threads from 1/4" to 2-1/2", depending on the model.
