Description
Modular and configurable hydraulic mini power pack for single-acting or double-acting actuators (cylinders and/or hydraulic motors).
The components of the mini power pack and the quotation will depend on the type of application and the required needs.
To make an offer; please indicate in your inquiry the oil flow rate needed for the application; the maximum required pressure; the type of application; the duty cycle (operating time vs. stopping time); number of cycles per hour; actuators that will be moved by the mini power pack (single-acting or double-acting cylinders; hydraulic motors; etc.).
Applications: Lifting platforms; forklifts; ramps; tippers; cranes; door or hood opening/closing; agricultural; industrial; naval applications; etc.
Hydraulic pump flow rate: Up to 20 liters/minute. The higher the flow rate; the maximum pressure will be reduced due to the power limitation in the DC motors.
Mini power pack layout/mounting: Horizontal or vertical according to the space available in the final machine.
Options: Flow regulator to control the speed of ascent or descent in the case that the actuator is a cylinder; push button or manual lever in case of emergency; all types of block or modular insertable valves; pressure gauge assembly with shut-off valve; flow regulators to control the rotation speed in case the actuators are hydraulic motors; suction filters; pressure and/or return filters; etc.
Power motor: Up to 4 kW.
Max. Pressure: From 20 up to 280 bar. Indicate the required value in your inquiry.
Solenoid valve voltage: 12V DC (direct current).
Motor voltage: 12V DC (direct current).
