Description
Hydraulic mini power pack with DC motor for tipping trailers with single-acting cylinders. It is powered through the truck, van, 4x4, etc., DC battery.
Applications: for tippers, tipping trailers, or any other application with a single-acting cylinder where the on-off cycle times for this motor are respected (see S3 value).
Hydraulic pump flow rate: maximum of approximately 5 liters/minute (at high working pressures, the flow rate decreases).
Tank size: 4.5 liters.
Voltage of the electric motor and solenoid valve: 24V DC (direct current).
Power of the electric motor: 1.6 kW.
S3 value: 7%. This means that in a 10-minute period, the ON cycle (motor running time) should not exceed 42 seconds.
Working pressure: Regulated up to 160 bar but can be adjusted between 40 and 200 bar.
Includes: Control panel for raising and lowering the hydraulic cylinder. It also includes a flow regulator to control the lowering speed of the single-acting cylinder.
