Description
Speed multiplier with female input for 6-spline agricultural shaft and output for angled or straight Volvo-type hydraulic pump.
Designed to connect to the tractor’s power take-off (P.T.O.).
Parallel-shaft gear unit manufactured with a high-strength aluminium housing and fitted with tapered roller bearings.
Input: Standard 6-spline agricultural female shaft, 1-3/8" (35 mm) outside diameter.
Output: For Volvo-type hydraulic pump with 8-spline shaft.
Transmission ratio: 1:2.5 (when the tractor’s power take-off rotates at 540 rpm, the pump will rotate at 1350 rpm).
Maximum input power at 540 rpm: 46 kW (62 HP).
Maximum input power at 1000 rpm: 82 kW (110 HP).
Max. torque at pump output: 320 Nm.
Operating temperature: -20ºC to 80ºC.
Before use, the speed multiplier must be filled with SAE 80W 90 oil (ISO VG 220 or equivalent), with a maximum quantity of 1 litre. It is recommended to change the oil after the first 50 hours of operation.
After this first oil change, it is recommended to check the oil condition and level every 1500 hours of operation.
