Description
Speed multiplier with male 6-spline agricultural input and output for angled or straight Volvo-type hydraulic pump.
Designed to connect to the tractor’s power take-off (P.T.O.) via a driveshaft.
Parallel-shaft gear unit manufactured with a cast-iron housing.
Input: Standard 6-spline agricultural male shaft, 1-3/8" (35 mm) outside diameter.
Output: For Volvo-type hydraulic pump with 8-spline shaft.
Transmission ratio: 1:3.5 (when the tractor’s power take-off rotates at 540 rpm, the pump will rotate at 1836 rpm).
Maximum input power at 540 rpm: 37 kW (49 HP).
Max. torque at input, driveshaft side (M1): 660 Nm.
Max. torque at output, pump side (M2): 180 Nm.
Operating temperature: -20ºC to 80ºC.
Before use, the speed multiplier must be filled with SAE 80W 90 oil (ISO VG 220 or equivalent), with a maximum quantity of 0.52 litres. It is recommended to change the oil after the first 50 hours of operation.
After this first oil change, it is recommended to check the oil condition and level every 1500 hours of operation.
